Citrus Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 6 Lemons
- 7 Oranges
- 3½ cups Sugar
- 1 litre whole Milk
- 2 cups Whipping cream
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine juices of lemons and oranges.
- Add sugar, cream and milk. Mix well. Pour mixture into an ice cream freezer and freeze.
- Serve immediately for a soft consistency or place in freezer.
Tip: Always sprinkle gelatine over the water. Never put in dry pan, then add water and heat.
